The reasons and improvement of ultrasonic flowmeter Q value below 60

If there are no issues with on-site installation, a low Q value may be caused by insufficient fluid in the tested pipeline, presence of bubbles, or presence of variable frequency and high-pressure equipment in the surrounding working conditions.
1) Ensure that the fluid in the tested pipeline is full and there are no bubbles (install exhaust valve);
2) Ensure good grounding of the measuring host and ultrasonic sensor;
3) The working power supply of ultrasonic flow meters should not be shared with frequency conversion and high-voltage equipment, and DC power supply should be used as much as possible;
4) The signal line of the ultrasonic sensor should not be parallel to the power cable. It should be parallel to the signal cable of the flow meter or run separately and covered with a metal tube for protection and shielding;
5) Keep the ultrasonic flowmeter host away from interfering environments;
