Coriolis
Coriolis mass flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as CMF) is a direct mass flow meter made of Coriolis force principle, which is proportional to the mass flow when the fluid flows in the vibrating tube.
The application of CMF in China started late, and several manufacturers have developed and supplied the market by themselves. There are also several manufacturers to form joint ventures or use foreign technology to produce series of instruments.
Foreign CMF has developed more than 30 series, each series of development in the technical focus is: flow detection and measurement tube structure design innovation: improve the instrument zero stability and accuracy and other performance; Increase the deflection of the measuring tube, improve the sensitivity: improve the stress distribution of the measuring tube, reduce fatigue damage, strengthen the ability to resist vibration interference.
Some manufacturers have developed a Coriolis meter that can measure the gas-liquid two phase, which can be used in the unloading of ships, containing bubbles and other traditional meters can not work. At the same time, an MVD transmitter can realize the online self-calibration of the instrument, that is, there is no need to remove the flow meter, and the performance of the field instrument is judged by checking the rigidity of the flow tube.
electromagnetism
Since EMF entered industrial applications in the early 1950s, the field of use has been expanding, and the sales amount of flow meters in various countries has accounted for 16% to 20% since the late 1980s.
China is growing rapidly, with estimated sales of 6,500-7,500 units in 1994. EMF with the largest caliber of 2~6m has been produced in China, and the equipment capacity of real flow calibration caliber of 3m has been provided. Sales in 2008 have reached $77 million, with estimated sales of more than 350,000 units.

USF entered industrial applications in the late 1960s, and has accounted for 4% to 6% of the sales amount of flow meters in various countries since the late 1980s. In 1992, worldwide sales were estimated at 35.48 million units, while domestic products were estimated at 8,000 to 9,000 units during the same period.
