MeterTube APP is a mobile application for operating and managing pFlow flow meters. It enables real-time monitoring, management and analysis of data through connection with flowmeters.

Application Relationship between Meter Tube, F3W, and E3W

Meter Tube is a versatile app designed to manage and monitor various pFlow series flow meters, including the F3W and E3W models. It provides a user-friendly interface for real-time data access, cloud storage, and remote management.

F3W is a WiFi-enabled clip-on ultrasonic flow meter, suitable for industrial water management, HVAC systems, and food & beverage processing. It integrates seamlessly with Meter Tube, allowing for easy installation and remote monitoring without contacting the fluid medium.

E3W is an ultrasonic thermal energy/BTU flow meter, designed for HVAC, heating, and energy-saving applications. It supports WiFi communication and can be easily managed through Meter Tube, offering precise measurement and minimal disruption to existing systems.

Both F3W and E3W leverage Meter Tube's capabilities for remote configuration, real-time data monitoring, and historical analysis. This integration enhances operational efficiency and accuracy, making them ideal for modern industrial and commercial applications where precise flow and energy management are essential.

By using Meter Tube with F3W and E3W, users can achieve enhanced operational efficiency, improved data accuracy, and streamlined system management.

 

 

Add Device: including WIFI mode to add the device that requires network distribution, scan mode or add by serial number mode for POE devices

Real-time monitoring: users can view instrument data in real time (velocity, flow rate, totalizer, etc)

Real-time curve: users can view the instrument data intuitively and dynamically in real time

Function setting: users can set the function of the USB device under the condition of USB direct connection

Device grouping: all the added devices can be grouped and managed

Device management: device serial number, device name,location information,ete

Connection management: users can connect to the designated server independently

Software upgrade: Check if the software has the latest version, if there is a latest version, choose to update

INSTALL

1.1 Download MeterTube APP Software

Scan the QR code below to download iotcustomer-110.apk and install MeterTube APP.

1.2 Add Device

Three add device modes, WIFI mode, add by serial number and scan mode.

1.2.1WIFI Mode

1. Connect the phone to WiFi network and allow location (GPS) permissions of the phone;

2. Select【Communication Setting]from the menu of the device, enter【WIFI Mode],and then select

"AP Mode";

3. Open the App, click "Add Device" and choose "add manually" on the bottom left corner, select the

corresponding product and wait for the device to connect;

4. Connect to the device, input the WiFi password and click "Next";

5. After WiFi network distribution is done, the device serial number will be displayed, then enter the

device name and location information;

6. Once completed, the device is successfully added.

1.2.2 Scan Mode

1. For the device that does not require network (such as: POE device, etc.):

2. Open the App, click the scan icon Pat the top right corner of the home page to add the device;

3. Input the device name and location information. After completion, the device is added successfully:

4. After the device is powered on and connected to the network, the device info will be displayed on the

APP.

1.2.3Add by serial number Mode

1. For the device that does not require network (such as:POE device, etc.);

2. Open the App, click "Add Device" on the home page, select the POE device, enter the serial number;

3. Wait for the device to be connected and detected;

4. Submit successfully, enter the device name and location information,After finished, the device is added

successfully:

5. After the device is powered on and connected to the network, the device info will be displayed on the APP.
