Q: What's the max load resistance for D5's 4~20mA output?
A: It's 500Ω. Exceeding this when connecting external devices may cause signal distortion.
Q: How to lock D5's parameters to prevent accidental changes?
A: Go to "System Setup" > "System Lock", enter a valid 6-digit password. Unlock with the original password.
Q: What if the displayed cooling load is abnormal?
A: Check if temp/efficiency in "Cooling Load Setup" matches site conditions, then confirm stable coolant flow.
Q: Which non-deionized coolants does D5 support?
A: It supports EG-water, PG-water mixtures, oil-based coolants, fluorocarbon fluids. Select the medium in the menu.
Q: How to confirm correct pipe parameter settings?
A: Refer to Appendix 1 in the manual, ensure set outer diameter is in the range, and wall thickness ≤1/3 of outer diameter.
