The jacket reduces the hassle of field installation. It is unnecessary to cut the pipe, stop flow for installation and there is no pressure loss.

 

Our ultrasonic flow meter F2 has rich network functions, supporting Wi-Fi, 4-20mA output, Rs485, OCT/Relay, etc, with Cloud data storage and analysis management system. You can have access to "Gentos iCloud", or customize the version that connects to your own cloud system/ intelligent management system, realized unattended and unified administration.

 

The installation process consists of three sequential steps:

Step 1: Begin by removing the product, then securely attach the upper and lower pipe clamps onto the designated pipe for measurement.

Step 2: Proceed to insert the body into the slots of the upper pipe clamps and fasten them tightly. Additionally, ensure that the screws are properly tightened.

Step 3: To enhance the accuracy of the measurement, it is possible to configure the actual pipe outer diameter(OD), wall thickness, and pipe material parameters using the "Pipe Parameter Setting" menu potion.
