The D5 DN50–150 Clip-on CDU Coolant Monitor delivers non-invasive, real-time flow measurement for dielectric coolants in liquid-cooled data centers and semiconductor processes. Its patented ultrasonic clamp-on design installs in minutes without cutting pipes or interrupting critical operations.
Dielectric-Safe Accuracy: ±2 % RD precision on de-ionized, glycol-based, oil-based and fluorocarbon dielectric fluids-no metal contact, zero contamination risk.
Tool-Free Fit & Forget: Snap-on aluminum clamp adapts to DN50–DN150 stainless lines; color LCD rotates 360 ° for instant reading in any orientation.
Smart CDU Networking: Built-in RS-485 / Modbus and 4–20 mA outputs integrate directly with CDU pumps and temperature controls, enabling closed-loop prevention of hotspots and energy waste.
