Q: Are you a trading company or a factory?

A: We have been focusing on ultrasonic flowmeters for 32 years and we are a well-known manufacturer integrating R&D and factory.

Q: What principle does the F3P use?

A: Ultrasonic transit-time difference. The electronics measure the up- and downstream time-of-flight to calculate average velocity and convert it to volumetric flow.

Q: Which pipe sizes can I install it on?

A: DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65 and DN80 (outer diameter 21 mm – 91 mm depending on material). The meter is NOT offered for DN100 and above.

Q: Does it contain any moving wetted parts?

A: No. The transducers are clamp-on; nothing touches the liquid.

Q: Does the meter support firmware updates?

A: Yes. Place the new file on the cloud server or local HTTP repository, then Menu → System Setting → Upgrade → "Yes". Keep the network stable during the process.
