The D2 CDU Coolant Monitor is a clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter. By attaching externally to stainless steel pipes (DN15–DN32), it measures flow velocity and cooling load without disrupting pipe integrity, making it ideal for dense server rack setups.

Step 1: Clean the Pipe Carry out pipeline surface treatment and remove impurities such as paint, rust, dirt, etc. |

Step 2: Install Pipe Clamp Snap the upper and lower clamps onto the pipe. If loose, attach adhesive pads inside the lower clamp. |
|
|
Step 3: Tighten Screws Secure the 4 screws diagonally to ensure parallelism and stability. |
|
|
Step 4: Power On and Measure Set pipe parameters (outer diameter, wall thickness) via the menu for accurate measurement. |
